Account configuration: General

REASON : account in trial and dont have the same options as an account of a user

Account settings: General

To access the account settings, we first need to go to settings and then click on account.

After clicking on account you will be redirected to the following page.

In the General tab, you can view the current status of your account, and you can also upgrade, cancel your subscription and change your credit card, where the plan you have subscribed to will be charged monthly.

To upgrade to change your plan, simply click on the Upgrade text.

You will then be directed to the plans tab where you will select the number of plants to be contracted and subscribe.

To cancel the subscription, simply click on the text "Cancel subscription":

This will open the window to confirm the cancellation.

Now just click confirm. Remember that you will still have the remainder of the current period to use the platform and your access will expire on the end date of the period without being charged for the next period.

To change your card, simply click on the text "Change card".

You will then be directed to the change card details window where you will have to enter the details of the new card where the next plan subscription charges will be made.

After filling in the new card details, click on change card.
